Tolox is situated to 360 meters of altitude. It is located between huge gorges and ravines with large drops and vertiginous and spectacular landscapes. This situation provides a significant number of ravines that are equipped for the practice of the descent of ravines and climbing to Tolox.. In order to enter the world of adventure and learn about the least accessible corners of Tolox, Adventure in Tolox activity is recommended to people with a minimum physical condition because it integrates two active and fun sports modes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to know the great variety of flora and botany of the area as you enter in its depths. First Day: The introduction to canyoning activity will be held during first day. It will explore the Aventúrate Ravine of middle-low level where there are a lot of waterfalls, rappels and slides that visitors can enjoy. Visitors will be led in 4x4 vehicles to the area of ravines to carry out this activity. Qualified personnel with certification will give some basic notions of management of canyoning equipment and how practicing it. During the route in 4x4 visitors will be informed about the origin of the waterfalls, ravines and slides in the area as well as wild vegetation that predominates in this zone. Second Day: During the morning on the second day, visitors are going to walk in order to arrive at the climbing area and will be given a brief explanation about initiation and practice of this sport in a natural enclave of spectacular beauty. To conclude the journey, visitors will be given a picnic by Aventúrate Sierra de las Nieves.
