After the autumn and winter, it's time to carry out the tasks of preparing the ground allowing us to leave the land in good conditions for planting your vegetables in garden with the arrival of spring.
Your destination will be the ecological garden of a neighbor of the village.
With the help of a professional farmer, you will learn the labors in a garden. You will begin digging the earth, clearing of weeds and getting loose and porous texture that allows your irrigation and planting with ease.
You will carry the plants and manure in a handcart. The rake will be very useful to evenly distribute a thin layer of soil at planting or spreading manure and finally you will see how water is distributed thanks to the grooves made in the ground.
During the months of June, July and August you will learn the specific tasks during these months: maintenance, care and harvesting of vegetables, accompanied by a delicious “gazpacho” made with the products collected from the garden.
